Dismantling, electricity/plumbing, walls/ceilings/floors, installation of frames and doors, countertop, tiles/splash guards, painting/filling, final adjustment and cleaning - according to quote.

How long does a kitchen renovation take?

Yes. We dust-proof, use extraction/HEPA and can arrange a temporary kitchenette (hotplate/hob) if needed.

Is a building permit or notification required?

Accepted Answer

Building permits are rarely required. Notification may be required for major changes to the load-bearing structure/ventilation. We will help with the process.

Can you move the sink/stove/fridge?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it affects electricity/plumbing/ventilation and cost. We suggest solutions and update the quote before start ( ÄTA is handled in writing).

We install, among others, Marbodal, HTH, Ballingslöv, IKEA, Kvik, Nordic kitchens – and are happy to collaborate with your chosen supplier.

Kitchen flooring – what suits you best?

Vinyl/click vinyl (durable and quiet), laminate (affordable), parquet (warm – with the right surface treatment), tile (very durable). We make sure that the surface is of high quality.

Tile or splashback?

Accepted Answer

Both work. Tile is classic, glass/composite is easy to clean. Standard height approx. 500–600 mm above the countertop.

Noise and dust – how do you deal with it?

Dust zone, plastic/covering, air purifier/HEPA, noisy moments are announced in advance. Daily cleaning is included according to the quote.

Can I order a kitchen myself and have you install it?

Absolutely. We measure, coordinate deliveries and install according to the supplier's system.

Do I need to clear the entire kitchen before starting?

Yes, empty cabinets and remove loose items. We protect floors and adjacent surfaces.

Photo documentation and self-inspection?

Yes, we document important aspects (electricity/plumbing, waterproofing, substrate) and provide self-inspections at the end.

What height of countertop do you recommend?

Standard is approximately 900 mm finished height. We adapt to your height and floor level.

Can you install underfloor heating in the kitchen?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both electric and water-based underfloor heating. We check the construction height and substrate, as well as leveling if necessary.

What happens if we find moisture/mold when we tear down?

We stop , document, propose action/recovery and cost. Nothing continues without your approval ( EAT ).

Can I choose my own materials but have you install them?
