What is included in a Turnkey Contract?

1. Project management & planning – schedule, coordination of all professional groups.

2. Demolition & removal – dust protection, covering, waste management.

3. Floor plan changes – new interior walls, openings, reinforcements (load-bearing walls are handled according to regulations).

4. Electricity & lighting – new groups, outlets, lighting plan (authorized electrician).

5. Plumbing – water/sewer, kitchen/bathroom relocation (authorized plumber, Safe Water).

6. Surface layer – plaster/putty, painting, wallpaper, tiles/clinker.

7. Flooring – parquet, laminate, vinyl, tiles including underlay and baseboard assembly.

8. Windows & doors – replacement, adjustment, sealing.

9. Final inspection – review, documentation, care instructions.

Electricity and plumbing are always carried out by authorized partners according to current industry regulations.
